The Astral Webbing Tow Tether is designed for rescue situations and equipment retrieval in whitewater applications. The Spectra webbing is equipped with an O-Ring on one end and a large-mouthed paddle carabiner on the other. It safely packs into the side pocket of your Astral rescue vests.
